We had no issues with quality as some of the reviewers here seem to have, about the only downside is that it never dries enough in the dryer when dried with other clothes. One thing to be aware of is that these bags are supposed to be long for the same reason Grobag makes long sleep sacks - to allow babies to move, crawl and to a degree walk in them. That might not work for a newborn that feels better swaddled, but my fifteen month old definitely appreciates it. If you prefer a tighter fit, go a size smaller.

I received this sleepsack to try for my 11 month old. I really love the concept and I love the material used around the feet. I think all of their products are wonderful! My only complaint, and the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars, is how large they are. My baby is an early walker for sure, and I completely understand that these need to fit a 6 month span, but my 3.5 year old easily can wear this sack in size large with room to spare and she's very tall for her age. If you're buying one for someone under a year, you might want to buy the normal sleepsack. Over a year, it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I really liked this swaddle for the SIZE only. My daughter was growing out of swaddles like crazy around 4 1/2 5 months because she was long, but then I saw the length on the Halo sleep sack and it really is long. We were getting into spring so it was just too hot. Often she would wake up dripping with sweat!! It would be great for a winter baby though! Also I found it challenging to try to change her in it. the biggest problem was that if you have a baby that needs to be swaddled at night, they probably need to be swaddled for naps too and I just couldnt put this on my daughter on top of her clothes and changing her for every nap....yea right! Anyways what I eventually did was take the arm swaddle and use it without the sack. The "danger" in this is that they could wiggle it up around their face. It worked for my daughter for awhile if we would put it really low and tight. Anyways I thank God she is done with swaddles now, but I sure spent a lot of money on them for those 5 months!!

Our 6-week old baby was born a good sleeper (thank heavens) but during naps and overnight started to kick off her blankets. I was worried about this partially because it would usually wake her up when she got cold, and babies don't regulate their own body temperature well, so she'd be like a little iceblock, and partially because sometimes she would kick the blankets up near her face, which made me worry about SIDS.

Well, the Merino sleepsack is the best thing out there. Yes, it's expensive, but it wears beautifully, the workmanship is awesome, it stays around her and is fine to transport her from crib/tired to carseat without disturbing her too much. She's sleeping much better, and so are we knowing she's at a lower risk for SIDS.

One thing I would point out - the best garment to wear underneath the sleepsack is a cotton sleep-n-play. We have a cold house, so we pull the built-in mittens over Wearing synthetics defeats the purpose!

In chilly weather, this sleepsack along with a long-sleeved Onesie really helps keep a baby warm enough to sleep, but with enough air circulation around their legs to be comfortable. Material is loose around the legs for movement, but the design makes the product safe as it can't come off around the baby's face. Highly recommended.

I purchased the pink Swaddle SleepSack yesterday in hopes to find a solution to my 8 week old (who LOVES to be swaddled) getting frustrated when she kicks off her blankets (she "dances" when she has gas or needs to do her business) in her sleep. We have a "swaddle me" blanket, but she always manages to get her arms out and then gets annoyed that she isn't comfortable anymore.

Emily-Marie has never slept through the night. UNTIL LAST NIGHT.

We had been out all day and I figured I might as well put her in this for her afternoon nap, since we had it. I gave her a bath, and did her normal sleepy-time routine, swaddling her in this, rather than using blankets.

THAT WAS 3PM. IT IS NOW 7AM AND SHE IS JUST NOW WAKING UP.

I've had to wake her up each time I needed to nurse her, and i even changed her diaper 3 times (the reverse zipper is great, I don't have to get her out!) since the start of her "nap".

Believe me, I will be getting the blue and cream colors too, just to have them on hand. I LOVE that this is a 3-in-1 product (arms in/swaddled; arms out/swaddled; slumbersack/ no swaddle) and I LOVE that she sleeps so well in it!

Too bad they don't make one for grownups!
